Welcome to ROVE by Wearove FZE LLC. By accessing this website or making a purchase, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

1. Orders & Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, address, contact, payment details) is accurate.
  • Orders must be for personal use only and not for resale unless authorized in writing by Wearove FZE LLC.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AED and include applicable taxes where noted.
  • A flat shipping fee applies across GCC countries. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments include customs and VAT.
  • Payment must be completed at checkout for an order to be processed.
  • Wearove FZE LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • ROVE and Wearove FZE LLC are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or any events outside our control.
  • Risk and title transfer to the customer once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • To request a return, contact: rove@wearove.store. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order for the preferred item.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous/damaged items

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website—including logos, product images, graphics, text, designs, and layout—is the exclusive property of Wearove FZE LLC.
  • No part of our intellectual property may be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

6. Liability

  • Products are provided “as is” without any warranties regarding color accuracy, fit variations, or appearance.
  • Wearove FZE LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including lost profits, delays, or data loss).
  • By using our website, you agree that our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product being claimed.
