Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

 

Delivery Times

• UAE: 1–3 business days
• Other GCC countries 3-5 Business days - Soon will be available

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Pre-Order Items

• If an item is listed as pre-order:
• It will ship immediately once inventory arrives
• The expected ship date will be visible at checkout

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

• If the courier cannot deliver due to:
• Incorrect address
• Repeatedly unanswered delivery attempts
• The package will return to us.
  We can reship it — but a second shipping fee will apply.
• This protects you from unnecessary logistics losses.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

• If your package is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:
• We’ll open an investigation with the courier
• Replacements are issued only after the investigation is completed
• (You avoid exploitation and fraud.)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos.
We’ll fix the issue at no cost to you.
