2. How long does shipping take?

  • UAE: 1–3 business days
  • Other GCC countries 3-5 Business days

3. How much is shipping?

  • Dubai : 19 AED.
  • Other Emirates: 24 AED.
  • Saudi Arabia: 80 AED
  • Other GCC countries: 90 AED

4. Can I return or exchange my slides?

  • Yes. Returns accepted within 30 days. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

5. How do I care for my Rove slides?

  • Quick-dry, water-safe, and easy to clean. Rinse with water and air-dry. Avoid extreme heat or chemicals.

6. What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

7. Can I cancel my order?

  • Yes, but only within 12 hours of placing it. After that, orders are processed and shipped quickly.

8.How do I pay?

You can complete your purchase using a secure card payment link.

At checkout, select “Pay by Card (Secure Link)”.
After placing your order, we’ll send you a secure payment link via email or WhatsApp to complete your payment.

Orders are confirmed and processed once payment is completed.
If payment is not completed within 12 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.

9.Why don’t you use a normal card checkout yet?

We currently process payments through secure encrypted links to support local GCC payment methods while maintaining high security.

10.Is this safe?

Yes. Payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant providers. We never store card details.

11.How long does it take?

Usually a few minutes after checkout.
